If you don't have any experience on the Reformer yet you should aim for FOUNDATION (coming soon).However, our experienced female instructors can certainly guide you in English in any other course as well. SCULPT is our signature full-body toning class, while BOOTY & CORE focus specifically on certain body areas. You decide the intensity. POWER really heats things up—it's a HIT-inspired workout.
